The ideal candidate will have experience within a facilities environment

Key responsibilities
The Facilities Co-ordinator will support the Workplace management team by providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business with regard to Facilities-related support tasks. This role has a wide remit and requires someone who is a proactive, self-starter and with the ability to think on their feet.
- Work alongside the workplace site manager to assist in the service delivery of various services, including but not limited to catering, cleaning, mechanical and electrical, waste and pest control
- General workplace administration duties including but not limited to booking of vehicles, mini-bus notifications and finance forms
- Health and Safety documentation and system updates
- Environmental reporting administration
- Administration of the desk and meeting room booking tool
- Meeting and greeting external parties including visitors
- Cover for reception as and when required
- Administration and collation of information for departmental reports and statistics
- Administrative support to the Workplace senior management team as required
Skills & experience
- Previous experience of working within a Facilities environment
- Working knowledge of facilities based health and safety systems
- Working knowledge of business systems such as purchase order raising, goods received notes etc
