As the Lead Executive Search Account Manager you'd be a Business Area Manager.

We’re looking for an Executive Search Account Manager who has previous experience of Head Hunting to join our Datasource Executive brand and make the BIG BILLS happen!

You'd be working to grow the brand across;

  • Financial Markets (banking, wealth & asset management)
  • Non-financial risk, compliance & governance.
  • Strategy, transformation & Change
  • Cyber, data & IT Security

Key responsibilities
  • Reporting into the Directors
  • Direct responsibility to grow and lead the brand into the future
  • Be responsible for managing the Datasource Executive brand. Build the processes, client base and the teams to make the brand established in the London market
  • Head Hunting activities
  • New sales and business development activities
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis to establish their requirements and maintain a good working relationship
  • Searching and networking with good candidates to place in roles
  • Deliver Market Mapping and Research services to the clients
  • Candidate selection
  • Arrange candidate interviews
  • Facilitate and manage rate negotiations including negotiating start dates, salary, packages and benefits
  • Attend regular face to face meetings with the clients
  • New client negotiations
  • Attend exhibitions
  • Extensive business development to grow current business
  • A full clean UK driving licence is essential for this role!

£27,000 – £35,000 per annum basic – negotiable depending on experience + Bonus’ – OTE £50,00 per annum Year 1.  Year 2, Year 3 onwards – the world is your oyster! As you grow the business your earning potential will grow too!
