Company Cultures and Job Summary:
The company provides ERP solutions that enable Food & Beverage organisations to optimise operations and financial management in line with industry best practices and compliance standards. The role blends F&B subject matter expertise with ERP finance consulting to design, implement, and optimise scalable solutions that address customer challenges and deliver measurable improvements.
Working Patterns: This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on site.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted Food & Beverage industry expert, advising customers on operational challenges, supporting pre-sales activities, and aligning business needs with ERP solution capabilities.
- Analyse customer processes to identify inefficiencies and define data-driven improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Capture and translate business requirements into scalable, end-to-end ERP solutions, ensuring clear alignment between customer pain points, solution design, and delivered outcomes.
- Support solution design, configuration, and delivery by applying strong product knowledge, creating clear documentation and process flows, and collaborating closely with project, solution, and product teams.
Skills & experience
- Deep knowledge of Food & Beverage manufacturing processes, including production planning, traceability, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Strong ERP system expertise, with the ability to understand modules, workflows, integrations, and how they support end-to-end business processes.
- Analytical and process design skills to identify inefficiencies, recommend data-driven improvements, and produce clear process documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective customer engagement and seamless work with cross-functional teams while adhering to governance and delivery standards.
