The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a lead role across infrastructure (on prem and cloud based)

Key responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of, and assist in, delivering the company’s overall IT transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • In partnership with business stakeholders and process owners participate in reviewing existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement. This will include, but is not limited to requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis etc.
  • Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service levels across the enterprise.
  • Champion the digital transformation tools and conduct/coordinate training to relevant departments within the organisation.
  • Ensure that transformation/project documentation is fit for purpose, up to date and distributed as required
  • Run transformation initiative / projects steering groups and update meetings.
  • In cooperation with stakeholders build and develop in-house digital capabilities to help our client maximise the return on its technology investments and minimise technical debt.
  • Manage the IT Project Manager – including objective setting, development and coaching.
Skills & experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Digital Transformation lead across infrastructure (on prem and cloud), personal productivity, collaboration and ERP.
  • Project/programme management experience and/or qualifications e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft M365 including Sharepoint and Power Platform.
  • Experience of SAP (ECC6, 4HANA) and Microsoft Dynamics an advantage.
  • Exposure to and understanding of LEAN / Six Sigma would be beneficial.
