All candidates need to hold a British passport and be eligible for Security Clearance.

As a member of the Digital senior leadership team and part of the multi-disciplinary Digital and Technology consultancy team, you will further advance the company’s standing as the Digital market-leader in the area of Cyber Security within the built environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a coherent knowledge and understanding of cyber security frameworks such as NIST and of related global standards (e.g.ISO27001, ISO19650-5).
  • Expected to be a credible and trusted source of cyber defence across all disciplines whilst understanding the nuances of digital collaboration with complex supply chains across multifaceted capital programmes. Confident in advising both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate existing strategic relationships with UK Security Services, in particular where they impact the built environment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cyber legislation(s) and how they affect their service lines, deliverables and clients.
  • Lead the development of an industry leading Cyber security managed service to support and complement the growing digital service offering to meet their varied client requirements. Develop delivery methodologies and governance. Support digital strategy & transformation, maturity assessments, implementation and readiness.
  • Act as the lead subject matter expert in Cyber security within the Built Asset domain.
  • Maintain awareness of key industry trends; understand and report to the SLT how they plan responses to cyber risk and the client portfolio.
  • Specify and procure delivery partner organisations who can support technical delivery and threat and intelligence support.
  • Recruit, retain and develop a team to deliver cyber security services. Provide leadership, mentoring and training of a cyber security consultancy team.
  • As part of our digital transformation service, you will embed cyber security best practice providing their clients with a secure transformation strategy and plan, ensuring resilience to existing and emerging cyber security threats.

Client:

  • Proactively support and provide trusted advice to their clients.
  • Lead and manage teams in the delivery of technical and cyber security consultancy services across their projects (example: transformation, maturity assessments, cyber risk assessments, threat readiness assessments, security quality assurance, technical reviews, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, etc).
  • Build client relationships and reinforce credibility as the Lead SME in cyber security and identify opportunities where the company can assist.
  • Identify client issues and opportunities for the company to respond to those challenges. Work with the SLT in developing a market approach, client proposals and solution offerings.
Skills & experience
  • Experience in writing and winning bids & proposals.
  • Ability to communicate and present to senior stakeholders internally & externally
  • Proven track of holding a Head of Cyber/ Chief information Security officer (CISO), management, leadership or SME role in the Cyber security domain.
  • Delivered conference presentations within the cyber security domain
  • Be part of Industry working groups within the cyber security domain
  • Knowledge and experience in cyber security frameworks including ISO27001, NIST, CIS, COBIT and SOC
