Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Customer Service apprentice to join our busy recruitment team in Cheltenham, learning all aspects of working in an office environment whilst studying towards your Customer Service L3 qualification.

Key responsibilities
  • Answering the telephone, assisting clients and candidates with queries
  • Administration of CV’s, Adverts & Job Specifications
  • Social media content management
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance responsibilities. Running Right to Work in the UK checks and organising Feedback Survey
  • We are looking to gain Cyber Essentials Plus and IIP Platinum in 2021 and it is something our Customer Service apprentice could be involved with
  • Compliance checking contractor invoices against time reports

Rate: £270 per week for under 20 years of age or £325 for over 20 years of age

8.30am to 5pm – 39.15 hours per week
