About you:

• A minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced customer service role
• Happy on the phone and making lots of calls!
• Competitive and want to beat our competitors
• You will be great with people!
• A great communicator
• Accurate with a keen eye to detail
• Hard working
• Ideally with previous office environment experience although not essential

As Customer Service Advisor your Key Tasks will be:

• Making 75 calls per day
• Answering the telephones
• Job calls
• Arranging interview with candidates
• Administering Job Adverts online
• Administering social media
• Attending exhibitions

About the role:

This is an office-based role, however hybrid working can be discussed at interview if required.

Datasource offers a comprehensive 6-week induction training plan followed by internal and external training throughout the course of your career here with us.

You will be given the opportunity to own the work that you do and be empowered to progress and take on more responsibilities as you become more confident.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5pm
