Key responsibilities
  • Fulfil SoW requirements by ensuring all licence, maintenance and warranty information is present in the CMDB
  • Assign all licences/maintenance contracts to associated assets within the CMDB tool
  • Ensure Configuration and Data Management compliance with Military and Commercially recognised standards
  • Support Engineering to correctly identify HW (Hardware) and SW (Software) Configuration Items using a client recognised PDM tool in a relational and hierarchical manner.
  • Generate documentation to support licence renewals to maintain the hardware and software configuration baseline
  • Ensure supporting documentation and licences are stored and accessible in accordance with IM and security policy.
  • Produce reports and data as required.
Skills & experience
  • Problem analysis and resolution in a secure environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work out of hours on occasion.

The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:

  • Experience of using the ServiceDesk Plus application.
