Commercial Manager

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week onsite.


Our client is a world-leading consultancy working within the defence sector who are looking for a commercial manager with strong leadership skills to lead a commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial manager to support our clients contract negotiations and develop a commercial team.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a commercial team.
  • Coaching and supporting junior team members.
  • Draft and review sales and procurement agreements.
  • Provide commercial support to bid teams.
  • Analyse and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
Skills & experience
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Ability to train commercial and non-commercial staff.
  • Understanding of defence commercial processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • A legal background is desirable!
