Commercial Manager

Introduction

This is a hybrid role, with around 2 -3 days on site at one of our clients offices based around the UK.

Our client is a highly regarded management consultancy working in the defence, engineering and national infrastructure sectors. They are looking for a commercial manager to support their contract negotiations with defence clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Draft, edit and negotiate contractual paperwork.
  • Lead sales and procurement agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks on commercial agreements.
  • Analyse and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
Skills & experience
  • Experience negotiating contracts within defence.
  • Confidence in editing and redrafting contractual paperwork.
  • Legal and contractual knowledge gained in sales and procurement environments.
  • Strong client-facing negotiation skills.
