Datasource need an outgoing, dynamic individual who is excited to join our recruitment team. At the heart of this Talent Acquisition Manager role is a strong sales mentality, as you'll be responsible for business development, which is all about cultivating meaningful relationships. Your mission: to drive growth in our business within your designated area. If you're a people person with a knack for forging connections and the drive to excel, we want you on our team.

Datasource’s main offices are based in Cheltenham.

This is a hybrid role based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Key responsibilities
  • With a focus and ownership of the delivery all Contract roles
  • Account Management - Liaising with clients; establish requirements and maintain good working relationships
  • Sourcing candidates for Contract roles
  • Networking with clients and candidates
  • Attending client and candidate meetings
  • Arranging interviews and responding to client requirements
  • Contract negotiations,
  • Managing account marketing online
  • Social media activities
  • Business development
  • Attending exhibitions
Skills & experience
  • Hard working, loyal, enthusiastic professionals with fantastic customer service experience
  • Team player with a 'can-do' attitude

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5pm

Expected Salary £27,000 - £30,000 per annum +basic + bonus/commission
