We are looking for someone with prior Business Case Writing skills to lead a team and contribute to the success of the company by forming outstanding client relationships and working closely with a number of teams.

Working Patterns: 2-3 days/week in the office in Bristol.

• Lead the Business Case development through strategic alignment, understanding the business needs, development, finance arrangements and delivery.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team.
• Reporting and presenting the business case to stakeholders to guide them through the approval’s procedure.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Initiating and collaborating in the development of intellectual property to build capabilities across the Business Case team and the Business Consulting & Transformation practice.
• Leading and contributing to sales for the business – including bid development and sales presentations to clients.
• Supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns.

• Outstanding client management capabilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Experience in drafting/writing business cases to HM Treasury Green Book standard.
• Better Business Case Foundation or Practitioner qualification.
• Skills in the following: Business Analysis/Procurement/Project or Programme Management/Business Change.
• Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Security or Public Sector.
• Business development approach – working on marketing campaigns, bid developments etc.
