Airport Project Manager

Our client is supporting the development of Baggage systems at Stansted Airport and are looking for a Project Manager who has experience ideally in Baggage Design and construction of facilities.

Working Patterns and location – This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on site and 2 remote working.

• Project management of various projects within the baggage elements of the Baggage Works under the BAU team.
• Support HBS/EBS and Check-in injects for full life cycle of the project.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the Airport.
• Working with multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage NEC contracts.

• A minimum of 7 years Project Management experience.
• NEC contracts experience.
• Airport construction experience.
• Project management experience in baggage system design and delivery in a single terminal operation.
• Recognising this is a specialist area a strong background in process / manufacturing connected systems may be suitable.
• Strong engineering or construction background.
• Ability to understand and interrogate capacity modelling to ensure appropriate capacity is delivered.
