Agile Coach

Key responsibilities
  • You’ll act as an agile SME at squad level, working alongside other squads in the company to make sure they integrate their agile ways of working into their non-agile processes, share their best practices and learn from others
  • You’ll act as a coach and mentor to their scrum masters and PO’s on their journey to agile working and help them and their squad members adapt to change and be successful
Skills & experience
  • 5+ years of team-level agile coaching experience, including introducing core concepts, principles and values and helping teams adopt new mindsets and ways of working
  • Solid demonstrable expertise in agile methodologies, specifically including scrum, across a range of functions including commercial roles, campaign management and/or marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in taking brand new teams on the agile journey from formation to high performance, including dealing with the challenges and conflicts that changing working practices can create
  • Squad coaching of 5 – 15 people
  • Previously been a scrum master
