Aerospace Maintenance Engineer (Team Lead)

• Information Management Systems Data Management: Support Data Correction, Documentation Checks, And IMS Test Script Development And Execution.
• IMS Support And Training: Provide On-Site IMS Support, Mentoring, And Issue Resolution.
• IMS Improvement: Maintain IMS Expertise, Address Issues Directly, And Contribute To IMS Report Development.
• Ensure Personnel Are Authorised, Trained, And Comply With Safety Regulations For Maintenance Activities.
• Collaborate With Maintenance Operations Centre, Production Planning Cell Core Team, And RAF Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) Teams.

• Experience as the primary point of contact for all Maintenance Support Engineering actions and issues arising from meetings, including Planned Preventative Maintenance meetings.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate a team within a similar sector, including pastoral care for employee well-being.
• Previous experience in leading and developing staff, collaborating with team leaders, and engaging with other members of the management team.
• Training in an Aircraft related discipline to City and Guilds 2675 Level 3 or equivalent i.e., Aero NVQ Level 3
• Knowledge of MAA Regulatory frameworks
